Had a quite a good warm up trng wif eugene 2dae......we jogged to east coast park n back...den after dat i tried out the shuttle run...OMG!!!!...the worst event i would believe!!! sux!!...nvm...i shall train hard frm now...2 more weeks nia...come on!!Nobody said it was goin to be easy......i knew it wasn't goin to be easy......no pain no gain!! Successfully distracted myself a lil bit more wif all these busy-ness...... =)) Yeah...u're all right...it takes me longer than anybody else would...but it's alrite...
