   Finally back to singapore!!!...one wk of intensive natural rock climbing at batu caves...damn tired now...haha...but so happy to be back... Hmmmm....how shld i start...???mayb i shall write wat i gained frm this expedition bah...firstly...the climbing aspect was great...aft so many days of chionging...i finally overcame my fear of falling...at least now i feel more confident in my movements n is able to climb without worrying i would fall anot...climbing on natural rocks really helped me to understand the kind of person i am lor...i noe its sounds complicated & no-link..but its really true...aft this trip...i m oso more able to put aside my emotions n feelings during my climb...FOCUS yeah!!!...learnt alot abt mentality n composure frm philip n kelly...really wanna thank them sia... Now for the team bonding part...hmmm....it was nt bad...got to understand many ppl more deeply...especially my roommates...ernest, chicken n rj...thanx for the company...haha...overall i feel dat the club is quite bonded lar...but but but....haiZz...sadly...i would say dat some ppl tend to look at things too superficially...we still have one more yr to spend 2gether as a club...i really dun wan to see wat i m seeing now...yeah...ppl pls think further can??its one yr of frenship...r u sure u juz wanna see it fade away juz bcoz of such tiny matters?....really hope things can turn out well...this issue is really getting more n more serious...its like everyone is affected by it lar...sometimes it's really a matter of taking a step back lor...yi ren rang yi bu lor...if i were them...i would definitely cherish this frenship lor...yupzz The service apartments were fantastic...even better than hotels lor...still got swimming pool n gym de...though we din use them...out of the 6 days...we gotta cook ourselves for 4 days...then every room cook for everyone on different day...mr tan n mr lim were lame to come up wif dat mini cooking competition things lar...but it was fun cooking lar...my room had to cook on the last climbing day...so we wanted to make it special...at first wanted to include desert..but over budget liaoZz...in the end juz stuck wif kway teow, chicken n salad...i muz admit i abit sad when i see ppl nvr finish the kway teow...=(...hhaha...n we were so close wif bel's room...they got 16.25 n we got 16.0 lar...so they won the competition...hahaha...anyway gd job lar....then on the 2nd climbing day...rachel's room "caught fire"...so drama lar... On the 4th day...we had our own free time...so we decided to go Berjaya Times Square...it was so so so big lar....inside still got theme park de...but we nvr play lar...then we went arnd shopping...can't rmb got how many storeys liao...i looked arnd for sumting to buy for my secret buddy n someone....haha...bought a shirt n pants for myself too...then can share wif my brother...=)...haha...then we got back to the service apartment to play some games...it was very fun...everyone enjoyed themselves...especially in the making of the song for our teachers n coaches.... On the last night, we had our final debrief on the whole expedition...n i was so impressed dat darren spoke so much...haha...then we disclose the secret buddy thingy...haha...ernest...u cheeky boy ar....hide frm me so well....n anyway...my secret buddy is kelly...had a hard time finding a gift for her lar...then i was so worried philip would kill me...haha...now he's goin to belay me in the future.. =x Finally...i would really wanna thank the exco n the teachers for making this trip possible lor...n i m really truly deeply sorry to mr tan for dat irresponsible sms...yeah...i guess they r really damn right...this trip had benefit me greatly... Thanx to the sharp rocks n fibre glass wall...i have many cuts n bruises everywhere lar...haha...AND!!!!...i got a super duper big pimple!!!!!!aaarrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!...shall hide at home for the next few days...haha... Okkaayy...i tink i gotta sleep liaoZz...really exhausted...before i sign out...i would like to leave a msg which i tink might be useful to some ppl... ~~learn to appreciate a person bcoz of the strength & good points he/she has...& NOT dislike someone juz bcoz of his/her weaknesses or bad points...unless we do so...we will nvr be contented n happy wif our life n the ppl arnd us...its human to err n everyone has his/her ugly sides...i guess the only way to stay happy is to accept others for who they r or perhaps try to change them for the better...i know how its feels like to hate ppl...it definitely feels like shit man...so y make ur life miserable by hating others???...APPRECIATE THE PEOPLE ARND U~~ |
